Eurasian i-Policy Network is a voluntary association of NGOs dealing with the development and policy issues relating to Information and Communication Technologies in the CIS countries.

The Eurasian I-Policy Network is joint initiative among several independent NGOs working in the CIS region advocating for a fair, transparent and civil rights-based approach in the area information policy.

The Mission of the Eurasia I-Policy Network is to advocate for information policies in the CIS region that support human rights, free and fair competition and benefit democratic development. In so doing, our mission is to ensure that policies adopted in this area benefit from global best practice, and that lessons learned in achieving this aim are shared within the region through a network of nationally based, but regionally active advocates.

Establishment of Eurasian i-Policy Network (EiPN) was initiated by eight NGOs representing 4 countries of Central Asia, 2 countries of Caucasus as well as Russia and Belarus, on the ground of existing partnership and jointly accumulated practices of collaboration in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Later counterpart NGOs from Ukraine and Moldova also joined the Network.
