National ICT strategyStarting from 2001 the staff of IRSF has reached significant results in the sphere of development of ICT legal regulation. Moreover, significant results have been reached in the sphere of organization of national conferences and forums, devoted to information policy discussion and in the sphere of active promotion of interests of civil society and private sector in the bodies of public administration on the ICT policy questions.
