Goals and objectives
Goals:

Establishment of a Regional platform for knowledge sharing and collective advocacy.
- Intensification of coordination and consultation between network members.
- In-service professionalization of network members.
Objectives:
EiPN members intend to actively participate in the democratization process of public and social life through promoting expansion of equal, free and fare access to the Internet, raising role of civil society institutions and citizens in decision making process of the state agencies in employment of ICT, advocating region"s interests in ICT related international events, empowering growth of local developers communities.
